Identifying different styles and how to adapt behaviours to meet the style.

How to construct a conversation to achieve effective results.

Dealing with conflict - how to handle difficult situations.

Presenting your case succinctly and with impact.

Multiple practical sessions delivering work designed on the course, using video for feedback and development planning.
