What has been your most rewarding training experience?

Supporting a petrified 10 year old abseil off a 40ft tower and watching her come back up for more.

Seeing the light bulbs go on in many an experienced manager’s mind over the simple things

Any bizarre or amusing training stories?

On route to deliver a training programme, accosting a famous ex-England football coach during a flight for his autograph … and only having a sick bag to ask him to sign!

What made you want to become a trainer?

My tutor at University who told me in my final year that “I’d never be a geologist! …. thank god!

What would you be if not a trainer?

A professional golfer!

Geese herding and ferret racing, followed by wine tasting (and not spitting out) on a team build event

A strong whisk to passionately mix things up
