Cybèle’s Digital Voice Coach telephone system helps customer service/contact centre
delegates to practice and embed new telephone techniques, skills and approaches
gained during the training workshop, in a simulated environment. There is nothing
like delegates being able to hear themselves, listen in from the “customer’s” perspective
and gain feedback that makes an instant impact in their day-to-day role
The NEW Cybele Digital Voice Coach telephone simulation training kit is the perfect
tool to support in-house or independent trainers providing learning and development
activities to telephone based operational teams. A compact and complete telephone
training system, it is quickly and easily set up and is completely flexible - typically
customers buy a 12 person system, however we can tailor-make a system to incorporate
any group size that suits individual needs, for example an 8 person
or a 16 person system – the choice is yours!
The telephone equipment allows delegates to practice conversations in pairs and listen
back through their headsets or have the choice of the conversations being played
out loud through independent speakers. The telephone system also allows delegates
to practise in pairs in separate rooms without any central cables or wires restricting
their concentration.
In a typical 12 person system, you will find 6 compact, lightweight and easy to use
digital MP3 voice recorders, 12 Plantronics headsets (each with 2 earphones) and
a fully adjustable microphone and 2 speakers to play recorded conversations out
loud within the training group. All of this is supplied in a secure, portable and
robust case.
