Telephone training equipment

Telephone training equipment/voice recording systems can be purchased or hired. Each system includes:

12-man Voice Coach telephone training system

• 12 Plantronics headsets allowing simultaneous role play by up to 6 pairs. Headsets include 2 earphones and a fully adjustable microphone
• 6 compact, lightweight and easy to use digital MP3 voice recorders
• 2 speakers to play recorded conversations aloud within the training group
• Secure, portable and robust 3-digit lockable storage/carry case
• Instruction manual and 'Quick User Guides' to using the system
• Spare speaker batteries and MP3 voice recorder batteries.
• 12 month warranty

• 8 Plantronics headsets allowing simultaneous role play by up to 4 pairs. Headsets include 2 earphones and a fully adjustable microphone
• 4 compact, lightweight and easy to use digital MP3 voice recorders
• 2 speakers to play recorded conversations aloud within the training group
• Secure, portable and robust 3-digit lockable storage/carry case
• Instruction manual and ‘Quick User Guides’ to using the system
• Spare speaker batteries and MP3 voice recorder batteries
• 12 month warranty

Rental

Rental includes provision of all equipment as listed above. Equipment may be pre-used but all ear foams will be new! If any parts of the system are damaged or missing on its return to us, replacement charges will be applied, plus VAT. Delivery and return carriage is additional and will be quoted on a project by project basis. Please telephone for a delivery/return quotation.

Hire charges are calculated for the days of use only. Equipment will be delivered on the day prior to requirement and return will be organised for the day after the course finishes. If the equipment is not available for collection at this time additional hire charges will be incurred and must be settled.
