Success offshore has lead to firm commitment

Consultancy and training provider, Cybèle, has demonstrated their commitment by formalising their offshore operation and securing offices in the heart of Jersey.

Cybèle Offshore has been working with an impressive client list of Jersey businesses for the past 12 months.

Business Development Director Carole Stevenson said “Cybèle has decided to commit to a resident offshore division because, having already generated many successful partnerships, our training programmes have been hugely beneficial here. A number of projects in various jurisdictions have delivered outstanding results and offshore businesses deserve the best training services available.”

Carole continued, “We offer a full consultancy service that begins with learning all there is to know about a company and then tailoring a package that will drive business growth and change. In the current climate, investing in staff development is something that cannot afford to be overlooked.”

Cybèle’s head office is based on Queen Street, St Helier. They have a team of more than 40 specialist trainers who provide first class training and consultancy requirements, including a range of leading edge techniques such as Neuro Linguistic and Emotional Intelligence training. Recently the company held a series of ‘taster sessions’ which were so successful they will be repeated later in the spring.

Cybèle will also continue to work in partnership with established Jersey recruitment firm, Optimus Recruitment. Together the two companies have committed to focus on the development of employees on the island and give businesses an extra incentive to offer to prospective employees.
