The learning journey

A typical learning journey with cybèle starts in advance of the training programme and lasts beyond the end of the course.

We have a strong and proven track record that pre and post learning activities have a deep and long lasting effect on the employee and makes a difference to their ultimate learning experience.

Desk drops, teaser campaigns and pre-course briefings are all part of our pre learning toolkit. We can also provide case studies, action learning sets, a learning passport, scorecard evaluation or pre and/or post learning questionnaires. We sometimes set a specific activity or task and may also undertake observation work.

Post learning activities include the creation of Action Learning Sets to ensure that best practise is captured and shared. It’s important to celebrate achievements, identify and develop individual learning opportunities and incorporate action learning plans into 1:1’s.

Mentoring can also be very effective for many employees and is an area in which we excel.
