Anyone wishing to improve the standard of their presentation delivery.

Overview

This course covers all the elements of successful presentation preparation and delivery and looks in detail at the most effective principles and techniques that presenters can employ.
There will be time to practice and try out the techniques in a safe environment so that participants can become comfortable and confident with their new skills. Those who have attended the programme return to the work environment feeling more confident and empowered.
All the presentations delivered during the course are recorded to DVD. Each delegate will receive a copy of their own presentations which further reinforces the lessons learnt from the workshop.
The programme outlined below is designed to allow the exploration of various learning methods to get the most out of presentations. This one day course is designed to improve performance and skills for delegates who use presentations frequently in their job role. There will be participation and those attending will be provided with a preparation task prior to the workshop to gain maximum impact from the day.

• Use an effective presentation building technique to tailor any presentation for a specific audience
• Use various techniques to engage and build rapport to an audience as quickly as possible
• Understand how to use nervous energy to drive a successful presentation
• Adapt their body language and gestures to hold the audience’s attention
• Utilise visual aids to enhance impact of presentations
• Increase personal confidence in delivering presentations to both large and small groups and senior audience members.
