How do your teams learn best?

Blended learning is our unique method of teaching that uses both technology and digital media alongside traditional instructor-led, face-to-face activities, giving your teams more flexibility to customise their learning experiences.

Blended learning is important because it breaks down the traditional walls of teaching, ones that do not work for all team members and now with access to new technologies and resources we can tailor the learning experience for each worker. Blended learning also offers flexible time frames that can be personalised to each person, offering them the ability to learn at their own pace.

The ability to rapidly analyse, review and give feedback to team members’ work face-to-face, gives the trainer the ability to tailor their teaching methods and feedback for each person. The ability to deliver and receive this feedback in the moment helps with immediate change.

The use of computers to look up information & data is a tremendous lifesaver, combined with access to resources such as the internet to conduct research. This engagement and interaction with the resources keep team members focused for longer.

Blended learning instils a sense of ‘ownership over learning’ which can be a powerful force propelling the learning, It’s this feeling of responsibility that helps the feeling of ownership for team members that they're in control of their learning at all times.

The flexibility of blended learning and the ability to access internet resources allows team members to learn at their own pace, meaning a trainer can help speed up the learning process or give more advanced resources if necessary. If they learn better at their own pace, videos are a huge help.
