Jersey Electricity Achieves Silver Inclusive Employers Accreditation 2026, with support from Cybèle Offshore Ltd
The Challenge
Following its achievement of Bronze accreditation in the Inclusive Employers Standard in 2024, Jersey Electricity (JE) wanted to continue strengthening inclusion across the organisation while improving scores across all six pillars of the framework.
The Solution
Cybèle Offshore Ltd partnered with JE to deliver leadership development programmes including Think Leadership and SLT Essentials, covering topics such as resilience, neurodiversity, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), communication, coaching, feedback and difficult conversations. These programmes were designed to build leadership capability, confidence and inclusive leadership behaviours.
The Result
In 2026, JE achieved Silver accreditation in the Inclusive Employers Standard, surpassing its goal of retaining Bronze while improving performance across the framework.
JE identified the Equip pillar as one of its most improved areas and credited the leadership development programmes delivered by Cybele Training & Consultancy Ltd as a significant contributor to that progress.

Cybèle Are Runners Up!
Small Businesses Of The Year 2025.
In the 2025 Salisbury Business Excellence Awards, eight awards were presented as 250 guests enjoyed the three course meal with the awards being presented during the evening.
77 companies entered eight categories and the Cybèle team celebrated as runners up in the Small Business of the Year 2025 category!
The annual Business Excellence Awards, are organised by the Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce and the Salisbury Business Improvement District (BID).
