As most 1:1 coaching sessions take place virtually, you will need to be able to access Microsoft Teams or Zoom via a PC, laptop or device with a fully functioning camera and audio facilities in an area without any other distractions and where you can speak freely.

We have a range of highly qualified and highly experienced global Executive Coaches who always have a free of charge 30 minute chemistry conversation with you before any coaching commences.

These are provided, as required, during the coaching sessions.

Overview

Executive coaching sessions are skilled and targeted conversations that challenge and support coachees to help themselves and their business, to excel over the long term.

• provides professional and personal development that is particularly appropriate for those in senior positions who have little time and for whom being lonely at the top can be a common experience
• is driven by the needs of the coachee.

Working with an Executive Coach is about assisting people to achieve their full potential, with a focus on what they want to achieve now and in the future. It is a partnership between the executive coaches and the client for a defined period of time. The more a company develops its team, the more value they are to them. Coaching is one of the most cost-effective and focused ways of doing this, by putting the emphasis on the skills of the people and achieving quick results.

Our coaches listen, question and challenge in a non-judgemental way to help the coachee explore various options, draw their own conclusions and enhance not only their own performance but also that of those around them. Coaching can take place virtually and at mutually acceptable times with each session lasting between 1 to 2 hours.
