Overview

To provide you with an opportunity to discuss, explore and fully understand how to use a sales map. You will also appreciate the personal level of commitment and drive needed to deliver sales and service.

• To learn and practice how to blend effective sales and service techniques with a variety of different customers through using a sales map.
• To develop attitudes, skills and knowledge in how to up sell, cross sell and retain revenue and customers.
• To ensure all areas covered link to the reality of achieving ‘one more sale per person per week’.
