The programme is particularly relevant to early-career employees, developing professionals and established team members navigating workplace change.
Overview
The world of work is changing at a pace that can challenge even the most resilient and experienced professionals. For those beginning their careers, it can be particularly difficult to recognise where they fit, understand the value they bring and take ownership of their contribution.
This practical and engaging programme helps participants identify their individual strengths, understand their role within the organisation’s wider strategy and move from assumptions towards meaningful insight. It encourages accountability, curiosity and respectful challenge, helping participants become more confident and assertive colleagues.
The workshop combines facilitated discussion, practical models, group activities and self-reflection. It is delivered in a relaxed and confidential environment that gives participants opportunities to practise questioning, challenging assumptions and articulating their personal value.
Three follow-up virtual check-ins support participants in applying their learning, reviewing progress and building lasting confidence in their roles.
