Overview
This onsite programme aims to generate a collective understanding of ‘strategy’ – how it informs the direction and values of a business, the key role and required behaviours of individuals and teams to drive success and confidence to role model and manage the same, along with an increased understanding of commercial awareness and risk factors. This results in improved confidence when discussing financial challenges and solutions, recognising the key drivers for a successful business and generating a confirmed understanding of fundamental financial and strategic terms.
