Who's this course for?
Anyone who wants to help create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected and able to thrive. This programme is particularly relevant to managers, team leaders, HR professionals and employees who contribute to workplace culture.
Overview
Diversity alone does not create inclusion. This thought-provoking and practical programme explores how organisations can build cultures of belonging, address barriers to inclusion and create environments where people from all backgrounds feel valued, respected and able to thrive.
Participants will examine the meaning of diversity and inclusion, explore the challenges organisations may encounter, and consider how unconscious bias can influence workplace decisions and behaviours.
The programme demonstrates how a genuinely inclusive culture can improve employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational performance.
