Training room large enough to house 10 people comfortably with space for smaller group work and room to move around. Also a flipchart & paper; projector & screen with audio available to play a video

Overview

In a rapidly changing world, we face tough and challenging times. Every aspect of our working lives is affected by how we motivate ourselves, relate to others and how we motivate or de-motivate them. This highly interactive course will show delegates how to motivate themselves and others with greater skill and confidence.

Objectives

• Describe the main features of motivated and demotivated behaviour
• Identify their own motivators, personal drivers and areas of their working lives where motivation may be a problem
• Understand how to strengthen resilience in changing and challenging times
• Reflect upon motivators and de-motivators that they have control over, and those that they don’t
• Adopt and practice techniques to help them motivate others
• Develop an Action Plan for a specific motivation challenge
