Who is this for?
Human sustainability reframes wellbeing from individual coping to how work is designed, led and experienced. Leaders influence key psychosocial factors such as workload, clarity, job control, predictability, culture and interpersonal safety. When these factors are neglected, teams experience chronic stress, disengagement and reduced performance. When they are intentionally shaped, teams experience stability, trust and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
This workshop helps leaders understand these dynamics and gives them practical, evidence‑based behaviours to reduce psychosocial risk, strengthen psychological safety and create clarity‑driven, human‑centred cultures. Participants will leave with actionable tools they can apply immediately to support healthier, safer and more sustainable ways of working.
